DEFINITIONS

• Abstract Submission Deadline – Deadline reserved for all the Abstract Submissions for the Conference.

• Abstract Receipt Acknowledgement – the duration within which the organizing committee will inform you of the submitted Abstract received. Within 24 Hours

• Abstract Acceptance Notification – the duration within which the organizing committee will inform you of the acceptance/rejection status of your Abstract. Within 48 Hours

• Early Bird Payment Deadline – Deadline reserved for payment of the registration fee subjected to special rates courtesy of early registrations.

• Payment Deadline – the standard payment deadline for the registration fee.

• Full Paper Submission Deadline – Deadline reserved for the Full Papers of the Conference to be submitted to the Organising Committee to proceed with the Publication process.
